GLIDE Is Building a Stronger Culture Through Civility Intelligence®

GLIDE Isn’t Just Talking About Culture—They’re Building It.

Last week, we officially launched the Civility Intelligence® Ambassador Academy in partnership with GLIDE—and I couldn’t be more excited about the journey ahead.

Two cohorts. One shared behavioral standard.

What makes this moment special is GLIDE’s willingness to invest in its leaders, frontline staff, and the culture they experience every day.

That type of commitment deserves to be recognized because healthy workplace cultures don’t happen by accident. They are built intentionally—one conversation, one decision, and one behavior at a time.

Throughout this three-part learning journey, participants are learning how to manage their behavior under pressure, communicate through difficult moments, neutralize negativity, and influence better outcomes across the organization.

They’re practicing it. Applying it. Living it.

Upon completing the Academy, participants will receive certificates of completion and be recognized as GLIDE Civility Ambassadors—individuals equipped to model a new standard of behavior and help carry that standard throughout the organization.

I want to personally recognize Terrell Henderson and Donna LaSala for being willing to make this investment in their people and culture.

It takes courageous leadership to look beyond policies and values on paper and intentionally develop the behaviors that bring those values to life.

We are honored to facilitate this experience and walk alongside both cohorts throughout this journey.
